The staff at this hotel was absolutely amazing. They were all friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooftop pool and bar were definitely the best aspects of the hotel. the pool was clean and the bar served delicious drinks and snacks. Plus, the views from the rooftop were breathtaking. We also loved the location of the hotel. It was conveniently close to the train station and there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

One thing we didn't like about our stay was the breakfast. It was a bit lacking, especially if you're used to a continental breakfast.

Staff goes out of their way to accommodate guests' needs. Can't wait to return.

Location was very close to the bus and train station. There were a couple of good restaurants near. the rooftop pool was a great place to soak up the sun.

The bathroom was too dark and outdated. the hallway was uncomfortably dark and the rooftop sky bar was closed every evening.

The location was perfect, with easy access to shopping malls and a nice stroll to the Medina. The hotel staff were friendly and the breakfast was lovely. The room size and shower were great, and we had free parking right in front of the hotel. The rooftop pool was a highlight, with comfy sun loungers and a relaxed ambiance. we had a fantastic stay as adults.

One day, I wanted to try some Moroccan pastries and the staff went out of their way to accompany me to a local bakery and even helped me understand the different options. The friendliness and attentiveness of the staff truly made my experience memorable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and warm hospitality.

I recently had a great experience at a hotel in Marrakesh. the location was ideal - situated in a good area outside the hustle and bustle of the Médina, providing a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Secondly, the hotel offered excellent value for money, with affordable prices that didn't break the bank. Additionally, I was impressed by the attention to detail and the basic amenities provided, such as the comfortable beds and the clean and well-maintained rooms. Lastly, the breakfast served at the hotel was a pleasant surprise, with a variety of options including delicious croissants and fresh fruit.

We also appreciated the late checkout time of 12 noon, which gave us plenty of time to pack and get ready before leaving.

I recently had a pleasant stay at a hotel located in a good area outside the noisy center. The train and bus services were conveniently close, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel staff, especially Zahina and Khawla, provided outstanding service, catering to all our needs. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-equipped bathroom. The breakfast was basic but sufficient to kickstart our day. The hotel also had a lovely rooftop pool where we could relax and enjoy the sunshine.

There were some noise disturbances during the evenings.
