We loved the old colonial style of the hotel, it had a charming and nostalgic feel that added to the romantic atmosphere of our stay. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start our day. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The hotel's location was perfect, situated at the entrance of the old town, making it easy for us to explore the local attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere.

The staff were kind and helpful, making conversations and showing good hospitality. The area is close to a lot of interesting places with plenty of opportunities to go out and have fun. The breakfast was very nice, and we enjoyed the variety of items we could choose from.

We did not like the state of the rooms. They were poorly lit, not very clean and smelled damp.

The rooms were comfortable and impeccably clean, and the shower was by far the best I've ever experienced. The luxurious spa treatments, particularly by Amina and Ikram, were top-notch. The hotel also organized safe and convenient excursions, and the food and pastries were absolutely delicious. it was a fantastic experience.

The coffee machine in the room had a minor issue of leaking, which could be improved.

The Heure Bleue Palais - Relais & Chateaux in Essaouira was a truly unique experience. Stepping into the fortress within the Medina felt like stepping back in time. The hotel's EPIC and gorgeous roofdeck was a highlight, offering stunning views. During our stay in February, the place was quiet, allowing for a peaceful atmosphere. The senior staff were visible and constantly seeking feedback, while some more junior staff members went above and beyond to provide great service. The front desk staff were particularly helpful and friendly, and we especially loved the door man. The location was good, with the beach just a short 5-minute walk away. The hotel arranged a tour for us, which we would recommend, although the tour guide's limited English made it more of a sightseeing experience than an informative one. The breakfast was fantastic, and there was even a cinema room for when we wanted to relax. our stay at Relais & Chateaux was like staying in a palace.

Excellent location near the ocean and within the medina walls. Lovely rooftop terrace with swimming pool, restaurant, cafe, bar, and lounges. Staff are kind, helpful, and attentive. Rooms are well decorated with nice amenities. Great for shopping.

This hotel exceeded our expectations with its luxurious amenities. The Spa & wellness centre was exceptional, offering massages, a steam room, a Turkish bath, and a Spa lounge. The outdoor swimming pool was a highlight, with comfortable sun loungers and beach umbrellas. The Rooftop pool and sun terrace were perfect for catching some rays. We enjoyed the live entertainment and it added a special touch to our evening. The restaurant was fantastic, and we even had the option for in-room breakfast. The private facilities were top-notch, and the location was ideal for taking advantage of nearby attractions.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of drawers for small clothing in our room. However, this was easily overlooked by the many positives that this hotel had to offer.
