the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bustling Medina. the staff were friendly and always available to assist us with a smile. the breakfast spread was varied and delicious, and the beds were incredibly comfy. we also enjoyed the simple yet nice swimming pool and the overall cleanliness of the hotel. the neighborhood was quiet and had plenty of taxis available. highly recommended!

The location was perfect, very close to the main square and within walking distance to all the attractions in the old town. The hotel is situated in the district of "Hivernage," not far from the bustling Medina. It provided a quiet and peaceful environment while still being near to clubs and other entertainment options. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were top-notch. The breakfast spread was delicious, and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

There was nothing we didn't like.

The location is perfect, with the hotel situated in a nice area close to all the nice sightseeing spots. The room was clean and spacious, with a beautiful balcony view to wake up to. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and proactive, ensuring all our needs were met throughout our stay.

Our stay at Hivernage Hotel & Spa was delightful. The location was perfect, with all the main attractions just a short walk away. The spa treatments were superb and the pool area provided a great place to relax. The breakfast and 24/7 cafe offered first-class food and service. The main dining restaurant served fantastic Moroccan cuisine, making it unnecessary to eat anywhere else in the evening. The staff, especially Mina, were extremely helpful and provided us with all the information we needed. a very relaxing and enjoyable experience.

While our stay was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. The maid service was a bit hit or miss, as we had to request robes and experienced a shortage of shampoo and towels.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Marrakesh. The staff at Hivernage Hotel & Spa were incredibly friendly and always went above and beyond to help us out. The concierge staff in particular were a great help throughout our stay. We also loved the fact that we were surprised with a birthday cake in our room and the manager even arranged a special birthday dinner for us. The location of the hotel was also ideal, with both the old town and new town within walking distance. The massive balcony we had was a bonus, although it was a bit too hot to spend much time out there.

We enjoyed the complementary facts that the hotel offered. the location was perfect for exploring the surrounding area and there were plenty of amenities nearby as well. Plus, the hotel had a great pool where we spent most of our time.

There were a few things we didn't like about the hotel. the towels weren't always clean either, which was a bit off-putting.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, with very friendly and professional employees who were always ready to assist me. The manager, Mina, was especially attentive and went above and beyond to ensure that I had a fantastic stay. The hotel itself had a good gym and a gorgeous spa, where I was able to relax and unwind. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and the food at the Table du Marché restaurant was fabulous. I highly recommend this hotel.
