The staff, facilities, grounds, and activities were all excellent. We enjoyed the Moroccan experience, especially the traditional mint tea and olive picking. The White Night event was magical, with stunning costumes and a great show. The buffet restaurant had a huge selection of delicious food, and the waiters were attentive. The pool was amazing and very large. The animation team was fantastic.

Felt like it was a home away from home, no complaints whatsoever.

stayed here before but Iberostar was next level! Friendly staff, spacious rooms, and delicious food. The entertainment and club house were a hit. Certainly coming back!

We had an amazing stay at the hotel! From the excellent facilities and beautiful grounds to the friendly and approachable staff, everything was perfect. the hotel offered a wide range of activities and entertainment, and the food options for breakfast, lunch, and dinner were really good. the shuttle service to the city center was also very useful. we highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting.

The hotel grounds and rooms were immaculately maintained and we felt truly pampered during our stay. The pool was absolutely amazing and the activities and playing fields provided endless entertainment. The food at the buffet-style restaurant was delicious, though we would have appreciated a bit more variety. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, and we would definitely recommend it to others.

Our second year in a row at Iberostar was excellent and enjoyable. the food was excellent and varied, with surprise and barbecue stations every day. the staff were amazing, especially Mohamed Ali, Ali, Samadi, Nizar, Mourad. the space was green and well maintained, and the birds in the morning added a lovely touch. a great value for money hotel and we would definitely come back.

The food was delicious and there was a wide variety to choose from. The location was convenient, with easy access to the airport and the city center. this hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of cleanliness, facilities, transportation, and the friendliness of the staff.

The hotel lacks assistance with luggage and even after requesting help, guests are left to carry their bags themselves.

Had a wonderful Christmas break at this hotel. the staff were amazing, always willing to help and very attentive. the complementary coffees and traditional sweets were a lovely touch. the location was perfect, right near the beach and close to the city centre. Another advantage was the free shuttle bus service which made it easy to explore the area.

The evening entertainment was a bit repetitive and not to our taste. some of the activities were only available at certain times which meant we missed out on a few things we wanted to do.

We had an absolutely amazing experience at Iberostar! the staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to help. the resort has everything you need and offers plenty of activities throughout the day. the outdoor heated pools were lovely, and there were plenty of sun beds for relaxation. the food at the buffet was of good quality and there was a good variety to choose from. the resort grounds were beautiful and well-maintained. it was a fantastic experience and we would definitely return.
