Friendly and helpful staff

During my stay at Ibis, I encountered a small issue with my key card not working. However, the staff quickly resolved the problem and even upgraded my room to make up for the inconvenience. Their friendly and accommodating attitude made me feel valued as a guest. I had a pleasant experience at Ibis and would recommend it to others.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the rooms were beautifully modern and well-maintained. The location, right next to the train station, was convenient for exploring and the staff went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable.

The location of the hotel is perfect for business travelers, being just next to the Rabat Agdal train station. It is very convenient and saves a lot of time when catching trains. Despite being so close to the station, the hotel is surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful stay. The rooms are clean and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable atmosphere. The breakfast offered at the hotel exceeds expectations, with a varied assortment of food and clean plates and cutlery.

The customer service could be improved, as some members of the staff struggle to speak English.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the helpful and friendly staff, modern and well-kept rooms, and the fast WiFi. The breakfast had everything we wanted and the restaurant burgers were amazing. The hotel is also conveniently located near the train station and there are plenty of good restaurants within a 15-minute walk. The parking/security guards outside were also very helpful.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in this city. The staff were wonderful, accommodating our attempts to speak Arabic while also being fluent in English and French. The hotel was clean and comfortable, with silent rooms and curtains that blocked out the sun completely. The location was convenient, as it was close to the train station.

We had a fantastic week-long stay at this amazing hotel. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff at the front desk were kind and professional. We were especially impressed with Jabir, the GM, who was always on hand to ensure everything was going smoothly. the bartenders, especially Si Amine, were great company and made delicious drinks. the night team, Hicham, Mouhcine, and Fouad, the security agent, were truly amazing and always available to make our stay even more enjoyable. the breakfast experience at the restaurant was outstanding, with excellent service from the friendly lady making msemen and Nabil, the F&B director, managing everything perfectly. The hotel was a bit noisy due to the lack of efficient external isolation, which could disrupt a peaceful night's sleep. the hotel was quite far from the city center, making it a bit inconvenient to reach popular areas such as the Medina.

The hotel's location was great, close to the train station and with free parking. the continental breakfast had a variety of delicious options and the staff were friendly and helpful. Plus, they offered complimentary coffee and tea in the lobby which was a nice touch.

The room was quite small, with limited towels provided and a heavy bed cover that wasn't adjustable for temperature. the air conditioner wasn't efficient and there was no room service available.
