We had a fantastic stay at Kenzi. the hotel staff were amazing, always going above and beyond to make us feel welcomed and taken care of. the double lounge beds by the pool were a great addition, and as a young couple, we really enjoyed them. the hotel grounds were well-maintained, with beautiful gardens and clean restaurants. the free shuttle bus to the main square was convenient and stress-free. the water slides provided some extra fun, and the water aerobics were a blast.

The property is luxurious and clean, with nice indoor and outdoor seating in the restaurant. The two swimming pools, including the amazing water slide, are very enjoyable. The snackbar between the pools offers delicious sweet and savory snacks. The entertainment at night is delightful. As two young female travelers, we felt very safe and comfortable at the resort.

I recently stayed at Kenzi Club in Marrakesh for a family vacation. The staff was incredible, always smiling and genuinely friendly. The property had a great setting with slides, golf, tennis, and more. The optional activities were fantastic, with a comprehensive menu to choose from. The hotel went above and beyond during the holidays, even having Santa arrive on a camel. The spacious rooms were beautifully decorated and the spa offered great massages at reasonable prices.

Our 2nd stay this year at the hotel was fantastic - clean, spacious rooms and excellent food. The staff, especially Moncef and Mouss, looked after us so well. The location was perfect with a short 10-minute drive from the airport and a convenient free shuttle into the city. The local golf courses were also a dream to play on.

The morning meal could be improved by offering an earlier gym opening time. Many guests, including myself, prefer to exercise before breakfast and relax for the day.

The animation team were wonderful - especially those who look after the children in kids' club. The staff were absolutely sublime, warm, energetic, personable and genuinely enjoyed their job. Great location for visiting Marrakesh. The grounds are magical, lush with well-kept gardens, pools, and freshly squeezed juices.

From the moment we arrived, the staff at the reception, concierge, and entertainment team were exceptional. the hotel was clean and well-maintained, and any issues with our rooms were promptly addressed. the food selection was varied and delicious, and the waiters even recommended great wine pairings. the location was convenient, just a short cab ride away from both the airport and the city center. With plenty of activities and shows organized by the animation staff, there was always something fun to do. a wonderful experience and we would definitely return.

I recently stayed at Kenzi Club in Marrakech for a week-long vacation. The staff were exceptional - respectful, professional, and attentive. They even upgraded our room without us asking. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The hotel grounds were beautiful, with lovely swimming pools and gardens filled with olive trees. The unique sense of Marrakech was everywhere.

the Spa centre, outdoor swimming pool, and entertainment options were top-notch. the garden area provided a tranquil escape from the bustling city. the room was spacious and boasted exclusive features that added an extra layer of luxury to our stay. the restaurant offered a wide range of delectable dining options, and the poolside snack bar was perfect for a quick bite.

The only minor setback we encountered was the limited availability of bottled water in certain areas of the hotel, which could be slightly inconvenient at times. this issue was quickly resolved by the attentive staff who always went above and beyond to meet our needs.

The complementary drinks and the swimming pool were great. the staff was friendly and helpful. the hotel was located in a convenient area close to the city center which made it easy to get around.

The staff at Kenzi Club were exceptional, always friendly and attentive. The facilities and food were top-notch, making it my first choice for future visits to Marrakech.
