Beautiful hotel, superb art collection, breathtaking view, professional staff, warm pool.

Not one thing.

The hotel is situated near some good restaurants and shops which was very convenient. the complimentary Wi-Fi was fast and reliable and the buffet breakfast offered a great selection of hot and cold items.

The construction noise near the hotel was very loud and disruptive, making it difficult to concentrate on work during the day. We also found the room to be quite small and cramped, with limited storage space available.

Located riverside with construction nearby. Clean shoreline, pool, and outdoor seating. Modern, large, clean room with convenient balcony. Accommodating staff, especially receptionist and chef. Cozy and spacious rooms with adjustable temperature controls. Awesome cocktails and scenic views. Perfect breakfast with high-quality offerings. Planning to stay again.

The hotel is located in a residential area and offers the advantage of being next to the river. Guests can enjoy a stroll in the lovely communal areas downstairs. The rooms are spacious, with large bathrooms and clean. The hotel also offers a buffet breakfast and has facilities such as a large outdoor pool and smaller children's pool. The river view rooms provide a beautiful view of the river and the Opera House.

The grounds of the hotel were stunning, with a beautiful garden area that backed onto the river. My room on the ground floor had a lovely view and I could easily access the pool. The variety of food at breakfast was impressive, and I enjoyed eating by the pool. The location of the hotel was great, within walking distance of Hassan Tower, the beaches, and Souks in Rabat. Taxi's were also easily available and affordable. I had a pleasant stay at Dawliz Rabat Art & Spa.

This hotel provides an outstanding luxurious experience with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre including body wraps, facial and beauty treatments, steam room, and massages. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace are perfect to relax while enjoying the splendid garden area, which offers BBQ facilities and Beach umbrellas. Rooms advantages are remarkable, with high, quality cosmetics and bathrobes. the Restaurant provides in, room breakfast, and the Bar/Lounge area offers snacks, dinner, and special diet menus.

The only minor issue I encountered was that the leisure/TV room was not as good as expected. the live entertainment and night club, together with make, up services and manicure, give you wonderful options to have fun and look your best at the same time.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. the grounds were stunning, with a beautiful garden area that backed onto the river. the location was perfect, just a 20-minute walk to popular attractions like Hassan Tower, the beaches, and the Souks. the staff was friendly and helpful, and the rooms were very large and comfortable. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast options by the pool and the overall quality of the food in the restaurant. the views of the river were also a highlight, creating a peaceful and serene atmosphere. the hotel's swimming pool was a great addition, offering a refreshing escape during our stay. Transportation was convenient, with taxis easily available and a nearby tram line.
