The rooftop and spa were perfect for relaxation. I loved exploring the nearby souks without needing a car. Plus, the hotel was incredibly photogenic. I highly recommend this fabulous hotel.

Although the front of the hotel may not look impressive, once you enter, you'll be amazed by the stunning interior and serene atmosphere. The hotel's colonial charm and attentive staff made it a truly special experience.

The hotel is perfectly located right next to the main square in the heart of the medina. It offers easy access to all the attractions and is very close to the Mosque. The rooms are spacious and well-furnished, with comfortable beds and modern amenities. The bathrooms are clean and equipped with luxurious showers. The staff provide excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay for all guests. The breakfast options are varied and delicious, with a mix of continental and Moroccan dishes. The hotel also has three swimming pools, including a rooftop pool with stunning views.

One drawback is that the hotel allows smoking in certain areas, which can be unpleasant for non-smokers.

The location of the hotel was perfect, just a short walk away from the famous Djernaa El Fna square. The hotel also offered a delightful oasis of calm amidst the busyness of Marrakech.

The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of complimentary water in the room. this was a small inconvenience that was quickly resolved by the attentive staff.

The spa services were not up to our expectations - the massage was not as relaxing as it could have been, and the therapists didn't seem as well-trained as they could have been. the air conditioning in our room was not as effective as we would have liked, causing us to feel a bit hot and uncomfortable at times.
