We had a magical experience at Movenpick! The staff were extremely polite and attentive, making our stay unforgettable. The delicious and healthy food at Jamra restaurant was served to us while we relaxed by the quiet pool. The spacious rooms were cleaned daily by friendly staff. The breakfast was delicious, offering a wide variety of choices. The hotel's interior was stylish and full of wonderful artwork. The bar had a lovely ambience and the bartender made amazing custom cocktails. The spa was incredible, providing a relaxing body treatment and pedicure. I highly recommend this hotel for its quality, excellent service, and personalized touch.

The hotel was understaffed, leading to long queues at reception and slow service in restaurants and bars. The main pool was used as a conference venue, preventing guests from using it for three out of our five days.

I had an amazing stay at a beautiful hotel with nice gardens and lovely swimming pools. the front desk staff, specifically Laila, was extremely professional and kind. She went above and beyond to solve any issues and even sent complimentary fruits and biscuits. the rooms were clean with amazing sheets, a nice bed, and a big bathroom. the hotel had excellent internet and a nice breakfast. I had a lovely time in Marrakesh.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like. 😊

This hotel is a luxurious heaven with exclusive amenities. the spa and wellness center provides a full, body massage, body wraps, and beauty treatments. the heated swimming pool and sun terrace give a perfect vibe for leisure.

The hotel missed having its own taxi network, relying on external taxi services only. We paid a significantly higher price using the doorman's recommended taxi that cost us at least three times the standard price.

Located in a quiet residential area, this hotel is only a short walk away from the Convention Centre, making it ideal for business trips. Communal areas are well-designed with a modern Moroccan flair and the pool area is nicely landscaped. Breakfast has a good variety of options and the friendly staff provides decent service.

The unclean bathroom leaves much to be desired.

During our recent romantic escape, we enjoyed the beautifully designed hotel with its peaceful garden setting. the breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection of fresh juices and Moroccan crepes made in the traditional way. We also appreciated the convenient location, close to the main attractions but still offering a peaceful retreat.

The customer service was lacking, especially at reception, where staff seemed indifferent to our needs. our room had some flaws, such as old elevators, non-soundproofed rooms, and a hazardous sliding bathroom door that lacked privacy.
