Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. Our room was brand new and fully renovated, with a beautiful view from the balcony. Breakfast was decent, and we appreciated the effort put into the selection of food items.

The hotel could improve their wifi speed, as it was often slow and caused issues when we were trying to watch videos. It would have also been helpful if the hotel accepted American Express, as this caused some inconvenience during our trip.

My stay at New Hotel Piscine Wellness & Spa was fantastic! The location was perfect, making it easy to explore the city. The room was newly renovated and spotlessly clean, with a comfortable mattress and crisp bedding. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, and the staff was incredibly helpful. They even went out of their way to accommodate my late arrival and arrange a spa session at the hotel's hammam. The spa treatment provided by Oumayma was incredibly relaxing, allowing me to unwind after a long journey. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

They were quick to find solutions and ensure our comfort. The hotel may not be located in the center, but it is still conveniently close to everything, making it easy to explore the city without any hassles.
