The bed was comfortable, junior suite was spacious and felt like a small condo, separate living room and den area, nice staff, met the owner who gave us a free welcome drink.

The pool was fantastic, perfect for cooling off after exploring during our Christmas holiday. The rooms were stunning, with beautiful Moroccan finishes and huge beds. We also loved the location, as it was conveniently situated near key attractions.

The staff communication left something to be desired. We went on a tour and ended up visiting closed shops, wasting three hours of our time.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful palace close to the medina. Every corner of this exquisite former palace has been lovingly restored and maintained, from the breathtaking tile work to the elaborate ceilings. The service was exceptional, with friendly and funny staff, particularly Nisrine, who made our experience truly delightful. The rooftop bar provided stunning views of the city, and the bartenders were attentive and welcoming. The location, the bar view, and the comfortable bed were all highlights of our visit. I highly recommend this hotel for its stunning beauty and excellent service.

We were pleasantly surprised with the Easter decorations at this hotel. the staff was friendly and gave us complimentary chocolates and a bottle of wine upon arrival. the location of the hotel was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop terrace with stunning views of the city.

Our room was not as clean as we would have expected, with noticeable dust on surfaces and in corners. the bathroom was also not up to par, with a leaky shower and mold on the tiles.

Perfect location for exploring the city, accessible by car. Gorgeous property with beautiful courtyards, pool complex, and rooftop bars/restaurants. Delicious and reasonably priced food, impeccable service. Moroccan-themed rooms with ornate details and sumptuous bathroom. Fluent English-speaking staff.

We had the most amazing time at this former palace on a hillside overlooking the Médina. The location was perfect, near the old city market and within easy reach of everything we wanted to visit. The surrounding mountains provided a stunning backdrop. Our room was beautifully decorated with Moroccan tile and ornate arched doorways. The bathroom was luxurious and the crisp bedding made for a comfortable night's sleep. The service was impeccable and the breakfast had delicious crepes with fig jam. The rooftop bars and restaurants had breathtaking views.

The furnishings in the hotel could use an upgrade.

We stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was a luxurious experience from start to finish. The exclusive amenities, including the Spa & wellness centre, were exceptional and fulfilled our needs perfectly. The stylish swimming pool area was stunning with comfortable sun loungers as well as a beautiful garden area. The Spa centre was a tranquil haven with a variety of treatments to choose from. The room advantages were impressive, from the elegant decor to the private facilities. The restaurant offered delicious food and the bar/lounge area was the perfect place to relax in the evenings.

The only minor issue we encountered was the slow service at times, but this did not impact our overall positive experience at this hotel.
