We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was top-notch, and the hotel facilities were great. We enjoyed the convenience of having a shopping center close by, as well as the stunning view of the Atlas Mountains from our room's terrace. The staff, including Mohammed, Housenni, Sara, and Anwar, were very attentive and provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved the hammam Baths experience offered by the hotel.

I recently stayed at the Palm Plaza Hotel & Spa for a relaxing getaway. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a beautiful pool area. Despite the weather not being great, the concierge was accommodating and stored our baggage while we enjoyed the pool. The location of the hotel was ideal, with easy access to both the city center and a nearby mall for shopping. a fantastic experience with excellent service and comfortable rooms.

The hotel had great facilities, including a fantastic indoor swimming pool that was warm and enjoyable. the rooms were nicely appointed, clean, and spacious, providing a comfortable stay. the hotel's location was convenient, close to the airport and some restaurants and a supermarket nearby.

The AC in the rooms was not switched on, making them quite warm and uncomfortable. Some noise complaints were made by other guests, although it did not affect our stay personally.

The hotel had a beautiful lobby and the staff were friendly and helpful. the pool was large and the sunbeds were easy to find. It was conveniently located close to a shopping center and a supermarket, which was great for picking up snacks. the rooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable.

There were some issues with the cleanliness of the hotel. the carpets in the rooms were dirty and not vacuumed regularly.

I recently spent my Christmas holiday at a hotel in Marrakesh and there were several things I really liked about my stay. the hotel had a late check-in option which was perfect for my travel schedule. Secondly, there were plenty of shops nearby, making it easy for me to pick up any last-minute Christmas gifts. Lastly, I really enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel. It was delicious and I had the option to sit indoors or outside, which was a nice touch.

There were a few aspects of my stay that I didn't enjoy as much. the wifi at the hotel was very poor, which made it difficult for me to stay connected.

I travelled with my partner and parents for a 10 day vacation. The staff are really friendly and make you feel welcomed. The rooms are a good size and the beds are comfy. The hotel is 2 miles away from the city centre and they have a shuttle bus running every hour there. The swimming pool is really clean and there is a mall 4 mins away which have a variety of restaurants including halal Burger King. Five stars to this place. I will be returning and highly recommend.

What a lovely greeting we received as we entered. They really make you feel at home and so very welcomed. The staff is respectful and generous. The property is gorgeous! The pool is stunning and large enough to have your own space. The property has various shops and several areas to eat and not to mention 24/7 food service. The rooms are spacious and clean and the breakfast buffet was delicious and well assorted. 10/10 would recommend! I’ll be back soon!

The hotel's location was convenient, close to a shopping complex. The outdoor pool area was beautiful and well-maintained. The hotel rooms were spacious and clean, with modern bathrooms. The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful. The wifi was fast and reliable throughout the hotel, including by the pools.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Palm Plaza Hotel & Spa. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The wait staff were friendly and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed. The massage I had at the hotel was fantastic, providing much-needed relaxation. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The swimming pool area at Palm Plaza Hotel & Spa was absolutely amazing. We visited during the off-season and had almost a private area for ourselves with only around 10 people. The atmosphere was relaxing and enjoyable.

The hotel rooms were clean, although they did appear a bit outdated compared to other resorts in different countries. However, they were still comfortable and satisfactory for our stay.

The hotel was in a great location, close to a shopping mall and other shops. There was also a small cafe nearby where we enjoyed watching the World Cup. the breakfast in the morning was fabulous with a wide selection of delicious food to choose from.

The reception staff were unhelpful and the WiFi in the bedrooms didn't work for two days. the hotel also had a large conference/event which made it difficult to find a sun lounger by the pool.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring a warm greeting upon arrival. The facilities were stunning, especially the large and beautiful pool, which allowed for personal space. The breakfast buffet was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located close to a shopping center and in a new area, about 2 miles from the city center.

Typical large hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Included breakfast was busy but average. Lovely pool and good concierge service. Complimentary bottled water should be available in the gym. Spread out hotel with different wings, making it a long walk for some.
