We had an amazing stay at a beautiful resort with excellent staff. The kids club and babysitting service were fantastic, and the all inclusive deal was worth it with great food and drinks. The resort had two pools and a lovely pond to explore. The free shuttle bus to the Medina was a bonus.

We had a romantic escape and the complementary champagne and chocolates were a nice surprise that set the mood. The location was ideal for us, away from the hustle and bustle but still within easy reach of the city center. We loved the outdoor pool and the stunning gardens surrounding it, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.

The rest of our experience was far from ideal. The interior of the hotel was dated and in need of refurbishment.

The restaurant provided a delicious buffet breakfast with plenty of options, and the private facilities were an added bonus to my stay.

The location was a bit far from the city centre, but the hotel provided a shuttle service, making it easily accessible. The only minor issue I encountered was the limited range of meals at the poolside snack bar.
