The hotel's amenities are top-notch such as the gym/spa that is perfect for relaxation after a tiring day of work. the breakfast offered is very satisfying and energizing. the location is also very strategic, easy to find, and accessible.

The hotel's operations are obviously lacking management. Room service is very slow and miscommunication with the guests is not uncommon which lead to unwarranted expenses.

We were blown away by the combination of modern design and Moroccan hospitality at this newly opened hotel. The attention to detail in the amenities and service was exactly what we expected from a five-star Marriott. Especially impressed with the breakfast and the spa & wellness area. The staff, particularly Khadija and Amia, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was exceptional. we highly recommend this gem of a five-star hotel.
