We were amazed by the fairytale atmosphere of this riad. The stunning décor transported us to another world. The staff, especially Omar, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. We couldn't get enough of the beautiful surroundings and felt like we were living in a work of art. The rooms were clean and spacious, and the food was absolutely delicious. we highly recommend this riad for a peaceful and wonderful stay.

The hotel had a beautiful design, with stunning traditional Moroccan details that made us feel like we were in another world. the staff were helpful and friendly, always ready to assist us with a smile. the location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to the main gate of the city, making it easy to arrive with our luggage. We didn't have to drag our bags through the narrow streets of the city. Additionally, the hotel was just a short walk away from the main attractions, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot.

We were disappointed with the breakfast options. We would have liked to see more variety, such as eggs, cheese, and fruits.

Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive. From the beautifully decorated rooms to the comfortable bed and pillows, it was clear that the hotel takes pride in providing a pleasant stay. Lastly, the location in a quiet neighborhood was lovely. It offered a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of the city.

The location of the hotel is superbly on top of everything. It's conveniently near a gate that taxis could easily access, making transportation hassle-free. However, it's not close to restaurant options, so dining choices may be limited. The rooms are spacious and pristinely clean, with beautifully maintained antique furnishings. The staff is extremely helpful and multilingual, providing excellent service. The breakfast is good and the facility itself has a pleasant center court with a potted garden and glass roof, adding to its charm.

There were no queen beds available during our stay. However, the twin beds provided were comfortable enough.

During our travels in Morocco, Riad Al Bartal was our "treat" stay. The riad is perfectly located in the old town, just a short walk from the 'Blue' gate into the medina. The staff was exceptionally helpful and welcoming, and the entire property is exquisitely beautiful. Our spacious room was beautifully decorated, and the rooftop terrace provided a lovely spot to relax and watch the sunset. The food at the on-site restaurant was delicious and plentiful. We highly recommend this place for a stay in Fes.

Loved the attention to detail in the courtyard and the spacious bedroom. the staff were all professional and very helpful, especially Omar who provided excellent service. the food was delicious and varied, and I enjoyed having dinner and drinks in the inner garden and living area.

There were a few downsides to my stay. the map provided by the riad was of poor quality and not helpful for navigating the medina.

I had such a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, answering all my questions and even arranging a private transfer for me. The hotel itself is like a hidden gem, with stunning architecture and beautiful decorations throughout. I especially loved the courtyard dining room, which had a relaxing atmosphere and interesting features like a parrot. The location was also great, as it was near a gate that taxis could easily access and close to most attractions. Transportation was a breeze.
