riad andallaspa was even better than my previous stay in marrakesh. the central location was perfect, and the free parking and easy access for taxis made exploring a breeze. the spa and indoor pool were a luxurious bonus, and the friendly staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. breakfast was delicious and the rooms were tastefully decorated.

Bed was uncomfortable.

Our Christmas stay was delightful! The staff was amazing, making us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. The rooftop terrace was beautiful, perfect for enjoying a glass of wine at night and breakfast in the morning. The cleanliness of the rooms was outstanding, and the decor was superb. We also appreciated the assistance from the staff in finding our way to the hotel and the secure parking area.

The WiFi was weak, but it still worked. our stay was perfect and we wouldn't change a thing!

My family and I stayed at Riad Andalla Spa for 6 nights and received exceptional care from the staff. Younes, in particular, went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, arranging airport transport and meals for our daughter and even finding my favorite dessert to serve at breakfast. The riad's location in the Medina was excellent, the decor and ambience were beautiful, and the breakfast spread on the roof terrace was generous. We also enjoyed the hammam and delicious meals cooked by Hayat. Highly recommend for a wonderful stay!

The decoration at Riad Andalla Spa was absolutely stunning. I was mesmerized by the beautiful architecture and intricate details throughout the hotel. It truly felt like stepping into a Moroccan paradise.

The location of the hotel is perfect for exploring the city, with most attractions within walking distance. We felt safe and secure in the area and enjoyed the bustling atmosphere of the nearby streets. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The rooms were beautifully decorated and the beds were comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and the rooftop terrace offered a relaxing spot to unwind.

The bathroom in one of the rooms had an open window, which made us feel a bit uncomfortable with the lack of privacy.

The staff were kind and helpful, providing us with a map and giving us their contact information. the location was convenient, only a short walk to the markets and main square. Plus, the terrace where we had breakfast and dinner was peaceful and relaxing.

There were a few disappointing aspects. the showers occasionally ran cold, which was a bit of a hassle.

This hotel is located right in the center of the city, making it easy to get around and explore. The staff here are incredibly kind and attentive, always going out of their way to make me feel welcome and cared for. The rooms are spotlessly clean and really comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a great stay. The breakfasts here are absolutely magnificent, with a wide selection of delicious food. The hotel also provides a powerful A/C, which was a lifesaver in the hot weather. this place offers enhanced comfort and quality services.

For families, I highly recommend this hotel. It is incredibly safe and the staff is great with kids.
