The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, with easy access to taxis and the airport. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities including the rooftop restaurant and the spa pool were excellent. The breakfast provided was delicious and abundant, starting our day off on a high note.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to the main square and close to restaurants.

The staff really made an effort to make our New Year's stay special. They provided a delicious traditional dinner and organized a fun celebration. the location was great, in the heart of the city, making it easy for us to explore and enjoy the festivities. Additionally, the hotel had a beautiful rooftop terrace where we watched the fireworks and enjoyed the view.

The room was quite small and cramped, which made it difficult for us to relax and move around comfortably. the bathroom facilities were also outdated and in need of renovation.

I recently stayed at a fantastic Riad in Marrakech and I highly recommend it. The location was perfect, right near the souks and with amazing views of the Atlas Mountains from the terrace. The rooms were beautifully furnished and decorated. The staff were friendly and attentive. The owners and senior management genuinely cared about their guests, providing hot mint tea on arrival and a personalized itinerary for our stay. The food was exquisite, fresh from their own farm. an exceptional gem in Marrakech.

I do recommend this hotel.

We loved the central location near the market square, with a shop right outside the door. The staff were amazing and went out of their way to make our stay memorable. The massage at the on-site spa was fabulous. The highlight of our trip was the hot air balloon experience organized by the hotel. The staff even surprised us with a beautiful birthday cake. We also enjoyed a day trip to the Atlas Mountains, organized by a fantastic guide.

We felt truly looked after, with nothing being too much trouble.

Absolutely Wonderful Stay

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hidden gem in the heart of the bustling medina. The beautiful Moroccan courtyard, with its trellised roses and high-quality furnishings, provided a tranquil escape from the chaos outside. The staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our safety and enjoyment during our stay. The included breakfast was delicious and the rooftop views were stunning. Although there were some minor noise issues in our room, it did not greatly impact our overall experience. We highly recommend this riad for its exceptional service, beautiful surroundings, and convenient location. we would definitely choose to stay here again in the future.
