One particular incident stood out to me - when I arrived, my room turned out to be smaller than expected. However, the staff kindly upgraded me to a larger room free of charge, even arranging for the owner to personally apologize and give me a lift into the city. This level of service truly made me feel valued as a guest. The hotel's location, although a bit far from the city center, allowed me to experience the local culture and interact with friendly locals while using public transportation. I enjoyed starting my day with a substantial breakfast and relaxing by the heated pool and hot tub spa. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as the limited variety at breakfast and the absence of coffee or tea making facilities in the rooms, my overall experience was fantastic.
