I had the opportunity to stay at a charming riad in Marrakech. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city but away from the bustling chaos. The room was spacious and comfortable, with great air conditioning and beautiful Moroccan furnishings. The staff provided exceptional service, making me feel like I was staying with friends. The breakfast was delicious and there were additional options for traditional Moroccan meals.

There was a lack of customer service from the management, which affected the overall atmosphere for both guests and staff.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was very helpful and welcoming. They made me feel at ease and went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable experience. The location of the hotel was perfect, right in the city center. Despite being in a busy area, once I stepped inside the hotel, the hustle and bustle of the city disappeared. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, with a lovely Moroccan ambiance. The breakfast provided had a wide variety of options and was delicious.

I highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Upon arrival at Riad Ben Tachfine, I was warmly greeted with a refreshing drink and snacks, which was much appreciated after a long journey. The staff were extremely helpful in organizing dinner for me, saving me the hassle of finding a restaurant on my own. The next morning, they even prepared breakfast earlier than usual to accommodate my tour schedule. The check-in and check-out process was seamless, making my stay hassle-free. the lovely ambiance and attentive staff made for a delightful experience.

The breakfast was good and the staff was friendly and helpful. the rooftop terrace provides a nice view and is a great place to relax. the location is convenient and close to many attractions.

The room was outdated and the bed was uncomfortable. the noise from the surrounding area made it difficult to sleep at night.
