This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the luxurious amenities here made my trip extremely comfortable. the service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to cater to my needs. the Spa & wellness centre was exceptional and my massage and body scrub were unforgettable. the indoor swimming pool and sauna were perfectly maintained. the Spa lounge and treatment room were cozy and relaxing. the private facilities in my room were exclusive and the Beauty treatment was wonderful. the restaurant here provided an in-room breakfast fit for a king and the bar/lounge area was a cool spot to enjoy a drink.

The only minor issue I had with this hotel was the lack of outdoor space. Although there was a small garden area on the premises, it was not enough to truly enjoy the benefits of outdoor relaxation.

This riad is located in the middle of Medina, making it close to everything and away from the noisy square. You can easily explore and visit the markets without any hassle.

the location was perfect, just a short walk from the souqs in the medina and Jemaa el-Fna. the staff, especially Loubiana, were incredibly helpful and patient. They upgraded our room for free and arranged an early breakfast for us. the airport collection was seamless and much appreciated after a long flight. the highlight was the spa, a wonderful retreat from the busyness of the city. I highly recommend the 1-hour massage and hammam treatment.

The hotel was super clean with elegant and spacious rooms. The staff was helpful and polite, providing recommendations and assistance with any questions. The hotel had a lovely garden and offered cold water on arrival. The best thing about the hotel was the helpfulness of the staff, namely Noman, Tarik, and Loubna. We cannot recommend this hotel enough.
