The riad offered a warm and friendly atmosphere, and the owner was very accommodating. Upon arrival, we were greeted with a refreshing mint tea, which was a nice touch. The riad also provided airport transfers, making our arrival convenient. The food at the riad was delicious, and the dining area was beautifully decorated. The indoor pool was a great feature, especially for the summer months. Despite some language barriers with the staff, we found that the owner and another staff member were fluent in English and were able to assist us when needed. Considering the quality of the riad, the price was very reasonable.

The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was not far from Bahia Palace and within walking distance of the main attractions. It allowed us to immerse ourselves in the local culture while still being just a 10-minute walk from the square. The room was clean and the bathroom was well-maintained. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay.

The wifi in the room was not working properly, making it inconvenient to use our phones or access the internet.

The Riad was a tranquil and peaceful oasis. The staff were friendly and helpful, always available for information and organizing tours. The Hammam and massage at the Riad were a great experience. The convenience of having a manicure/pedicure and massage in the hotel was fantastic. The rooftop terrace provided a lovely space to relax and enjoy the view.

The rooftop view was incredible, with clear views of the city and mountains. the staff were incredibly helpful with directions and recommendations for nearby restaurants. I also appreciated the comfortable beds and linens provided.

The lack of a clear pricing list for the coffee and tea offered. I was surprised to find out at checkout that I had been charged double the going price for tea.

We had an amazing stay at this place. The staff were absolutely amazing and the breakfast was lovely. They arranged a taxi for us to and from the airport at a completely reasonable price. We were also able to get a Hannan and a full body massage in the spa which was fabulous. The location is easy to access and the decoration inside is beautiful! There is a lovely eating area with a swimming pool and a very nice terrace on top. The rooms are a good size and the bed is very comfortable. The customer service here is top-notch, with the staff being exceptionally nice and helpful. This place has everything we need for a luxurious and comfortable stay. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality hotel with excellent service.
