The location of this riad is fantastic, as it is near the town centre and the historic center. It was convenient for me to explore the medina and the market. The roof top garden was a great spot to relax and enjoy the view. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The breakfast served was delicious and gave a taste of the local cuisine.

I did experience some noise from other guests, which could be a bit disturbing at times.

The English-speaking night-shift gentleman was funny and easy-going, adding an enjoyable touch to our experience. The room was spacious and clean, exceeding the standards of other riads we stayed in Morocco. The riad had a printer, which was a unique feature compared to other accommodations. The breakfast served at Dar Dalia was fabulous and surpassed the quality of breakfasts at other riads.

The only downside to our stay at this riad was that it felt very homey, leaving us with no complaints about our experience.

The hotel's location is excellent, right by one of the main gates and down a small alley. The staff was incredibly helpful and provided great recommendations. The rooms were beautifully decorated, very clean, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast served was varied and abundant, with a wide selection of breads, pancakes, omelettes, and juices.

I stayed at Riad Fes Aicha for a week and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The location was excellent, right near Bab/Place Rcif and the medina. The house itself was beautiful, and my room was spacious and comfortable. The highlight was the roof terrace, offering breathtaking views over the medina. The owner, Kacem, and the staff, especially Aziz. They provided great service and useful information. The breakfast was delicious, and overall I had a faultless stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
