Finding the riad was a breeze and it's conveniently close to parking. The staff are incredibly kind and attentive. The rooms and patio create a romantic and magical atmosphere. The sunsets from the rooftop are simply jaw-dropping. Despite the noise outside, the riad itself is peaceful. The decorations are stylish and the historical building adds charm. The roof terrace offers a perfect view. Abdou went above and beyond, treating us like friends rather than guests. He made our stay exceptional by offering tips and even ensuring our early morning departure went smoothly. Although we weren't initially given the room we booked, the twin suite was a huge improvement and we wish we could've stayed longer. The location is good and the view from the top terrace is beautiful. One of the hosts was incredibly helpful, even escorting us to the taxi in the early morning.

During my trip to Morocco, I made the best choice by staying at Riad Hala. I was highly satisfied with everything during my stay. From the moment I arrived, the staff, especially Ali, took excellent care of me. I booked a small room on the rooftop, but Ali upgraded me to a suite with a king bed. The room was beautiful and exceeded my expectations. The riad itself has all the facilities I was looking for, including a stunning lobby and a delicious breakfast. The highlight for me was the amazing terrace with its 360-degree views of the surroundings. I would definitely choose Riad Hala again for my future visits to Morocco.

We had an amazing stay at a riad near the Blue gate. Youssef, our host at Riad Hala, was fantastic and helped us book a memorable trip to the Sahara desert. the staff at the riad were friendly and provided top-notch service. the location of the riad was excellent, close to the Blue gate. the building itself was stunning and meticulously restored. Our room on the first floor was spacious, with a beautiful four-poster bed and a well-maintained bathroom. the riad also had a terrace with a breathtaking view of Fez. the breakfast was delicious, and the wifi worked well. Riad Hala was a great value for money and highly recommended.

The location is in a fantastic location, just 2 minutes walk from the main gate and right on the main pedestrian walkway through town, which was perfect for exploring. The hotel facilities were excellent, with a beautiful rooftop terrace that offered stunning views of the city. The cleanliness of the room was top-notch, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always going above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The breakfast provided was delicious and varied, giving us a taste of the local cuisine.

WiFi was a bit spotty in the room but worked well in the breakfast area. a lovely Riad with authentic atmosphere and architecture.

The location was fabulous, close to transport and attractions. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful in recommending activities and organizing tours. The breakfast was both delicious and beautifully presented. The young man in charge went above and beyond, even preparing a dinner for us on the terrace. The Riad was mind-blowingly beautiful, clean, and well-placed. The staff helped with the airport shuttle and the breakfast was rich and diverse. I regret only staying one night and will definitely choose this place again in the future.

As women traveling alone, we felt safe and well taken care of at this riad. The staff was accommodating and provided excellent customer service, going above and beyond to assist us with our needs. The riad's central location in the Medina was perfect for exploring the city and its small shops. This hotel provided an authentic Moroccan experience with its beautiful architecture and intricate designs. the breakfast was great with a variety of dishes. the location was ideal, within easy walking distance of major tourist sites and surrounded by the charming streets of the old town.

The room was a bit noisy at night due to the living area, and the bathroom could have used better ventilation. Nevertheless, the staff was helpful and accommodating, and the overall experience was positive.

This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old area, just a stone's throw away from all the main tourist attractions. The traditional Moroccan furnishings in the rooms on the upper floors give a true sense of the local culture. I loved waking up to the view from my window facing the inner courtyard, it was so peaceful. And the breakfast, oh my! The courtyard setting with eggs cooked to perfection made it a truly delightful start to the day.
