As we traveled all around Morocco for two weeks, our stay at Helen Riad was the highlight of our trip. The staff, especially Mario, were incredibly kind and gave us the best tips for our Moroccan adventure. Fatiha's homemade breakfast was the best we had in Morocco. The location is safe and easy to find, and the staff provided us with useful advice on where to eat and what to see in the city. Highly recommended if you're visiting Marrakech!

From the moment I arrived, the staff were incredibly polite, kind, and attentive. the riad itself was cozy and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast was delicious, especially the locally-sourced ingredients and the best yogurt I've ever tasted. I highly recommend taking a daily trip with the recommended driver and guide, Aziz, who took care of us and showed us many beautiful places while providing interesting information. the location was also perfect, just steps away from wellness and spa treatments, including the famous hammam.

The main street leading to the hotel was unpaved and could be challenging to traverse, although this is not the hotel's fault. Additionally, some minor improvements could be made, such as offering creamer for coffee and providing a full-length mirror in the room.
