Nothing, it was perfect.

The room facilities were excellent, just like in the pictures. the breakfast was freshly made every morning. the hotel's location was convenient, within walking distance of popular tourist attractions and great restaurants.

The hotel staff had limited language skills, making communication difficult at times. the lack of a door to the bathroom and thin walls made it hard to get a good night's sleep.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly to the point of escorting us to get taxis, which made us feel very welcome. The location of the hotel was convenient, as it was right near the secret garden and close to the center. The hotel facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The breakfast provided every morning was fresh and varied, making it a great start to our day.

Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

We went to this hotel for Christmas and it was a complete disaster. There was nothing to like about this hotel. However, as a positive side, there were two Christmas trees in the lobby. it was located in the heart of a bustling city, which was convenient for exploring. Lastly, the hotel provided free breakfast, which was the only assurance that we would get something to eat.

The hotel was a complete let down. Staff was apathetic and showed no concern for any problems we encountered.

A true hidden gem! I had a fantastic stay at this riad tucked away in the side streets of the medina. The bedrooms were comfortable and the service provided by the staff was brilliant. I even had the opportunity to try the hammam and cooking class, which were both amazing. I highly recommend Riad Ines Home to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable experience in Marrakesh.
