I recently stayed at a charming hotel in the heart of the bustling Old Medina. I was pleasantly surprised by the affordable prices, as I found this hotel to be a great value for money. The attention to detail was evident in the spacious rooms with large en suite baths and the very large wardrobe, allowing for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's prime location near the city gate made it convenient for exploring both the vibrant city and the beautiful mountains for a couple of days. The friendly and accommodating staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was truly delightful, featuring a refreshing fresh orange juice.

During my recent stay over Christmas, I appreciated the convenient location of the accommodation. The easy-to-find sign on the side of the building was helpful, and the airport transfer service arranged by the staff proved excellent. the huge and varied breakfast served on the beautiful terrace was a definite highlight. The room was also spacious, well-decorated, and had a large wardrobe.

I found the location of the hotel to be a downside, especially as I was staying during the Christmas period. While it was easy to get a taxi from the gate outside the hotel, the walk into town was relatively long.

The owner and host, Farid, is incredibly welcoming and will give you all the advice you need for your trip, from where to change money to the best places to visit. The breakfast and evening dinner at the riad are great, and the rooftop terrace offers a wonderful view over the city. This riad is a must-stay for anyone wanting an authentic and comfortable experience in the heart of the city.
