We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location is perfect, situated in the French' Gueliz' area, with plenty of amazing restaurants within walking distance. The service here is impeccable, with a wide range of amenities available, including room service, car hire, and dry cleaning. The staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort and satisfaction. The rooms are well-equipped and have all the necessary facilities, including air conditioning, tea, and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The outdoor areas, such as the terrace and garden, are beautifully maintained and provide a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.

Enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and delicious meals offered. The staff was extremely helpful in recommending places to eat and reserving tables. Location was also great, away from the hustle and bustle of the city but still within easy walking distance of good restaurants.

Some difficulty finding the location without clear directions from the cab driver or a map. The swimming pool was too deep for young children and not enough room for lounging around, making it unsafe.
