The staff are friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. Despite occasional noise from the restaurant and rooftop, overall it is a great place to unwind and enjoy a relaxing holiday.

This hotel exceeded all our expectations! From the moment we arrived, we felt like we were in a luxurious paradise. The exclusive amenities were outstanding, and our needs were met at every turn. The outdoor swimming pool and spa centre were exceptional, and we indulged in a full body massage that left us feeling completely relaxed. The restaurant was a highlight of our stay, with a delicious menu and impeccable service.

The only minor issue during our stay was communication with one staff member. However, the issue was quickly resolved, and it did not affect our overall experience at this hotel.

Great decoration and amazing facilities. Everything was clean and cozy. The rooftop bar served delicious cocktails and had great views of the city. The pool area was also very relaxing and well maintained.

The location was hard to find, and we had to struggle with Google Maps to get there. The staff was not very helpful and didn't offer us much assistance.

The hotel is conveniently located in a nice area, close to the Jardins Majorelle attraction and within walking distance to the square for some food. It is also situated in the centre of the Medina, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are large, comfortable, and always spotlessly clean. The staff is friendly, helpful, and mostly speak good English. The breakfast offers a good variety of options, including breads, pancakes, pastries, yogurt, and eggs cooked to order. The hotel also provides free WiFi that works well.

There were refurbishments happening during our stay, causing some noise and disruption in areas of the hotel.
