I had a surprisingly nice stay at the riad. First, the rooms were spacious and tastefully decorated, with all the necessary amenities. Second, the location was great, right in the heart of the city and within walking distance of many attractions. And finally, the staff was friendly and helpful, always going out of their way to make sure I had a comfortable stay.

One thing I did not appreciate was the lack of variety in the breakfast options. It felt like the same food was served every day, and after a few days, it became quite monotonous.

Very friendly staff, good location close to Bab Ziat. Nice breakfast, fireplace, garden with orange trees and a rooftop. The room was beautiful and luxurious, with a large bathtub overlooking the garden. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay special.

The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any requests or questions we had. The location of the hotel was great, conveniently situated close to important landmarks and transportation options. One of the best aspects of our stay was the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant. We thoroughly enjoyed every meal we had there.

The room we were given was quite small and cramped. It would have been more comfortable to have a bit more space.

As trekkers and a group of friends, we loved the beautiful surroundings, including the plunge pool and well-maintained public spaces. The proprietor, Monique, was gracious and helpful with tourist information and logistics. The food, inspired by Monique's French culinary sensibilities, was some of the best we had in Morocco. The beds were comfortable and the rooms had plenty of storage. The location was quiet and convenient to other parts of the city, making it an ideal place for us to stay as trekkers.

We felt very at home during our stay at Riad Norma, with no complaints whatsoever.

I stayed at this hotel and I loved it! There are only six rooms, which means the service is amazing. The hotel facilities are top-notch and the cleanliness is impeccable. The location is in the middle of the medina, making it convenient to explore. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. They even had a log fire and soft jazz playing in the evenings, which created a perfect wind down before bed.

We had an amazing time here at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The location in the middle of the medina was perfect, with very easy access to all the commercial streets and mosques. The breakfast served every morning was delicious and the staff was extremely helpful and friendly.

We were pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the level of attention to detail. The location was perfect, tucked away in a quiet residential corner of the Medina, yet still within a short walk to all the attractions. The staff provided excellent service and the basic amenities were more than satisfactory. The rooms were anything but "basic," with the Tosca suite being particularly stunning. The breakfast was delicious and the rooftop offered an amazing view of the surroundings.

The owner, Monique, was incredibly helpful, providing us with recommendations for activities and restaurants that were perfect for our large family. She even went above and beyond by arranging special trips for us, such as cycling through the Medina and hiking in the nearby mountains. The staff, especially Janie, were also very friendly and accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay. The highlight for our kids was the swimming pool, which provided a refreshing break after a day of sightseeing.

For dads, it would be great to have more kid-friendly amenities such as a playground or games room to keep the little ones entertained.
