We recently went on a romantic escape and we had a great experience. the breakfast was amazing, we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the different options every day. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the key attractions. We also enjoyed having a hot tub to relax in after a long day of exploring the area.

some of the locals in the area were overly pushy and tried to take advantage of us when we were trying to find our way around the city. It was a bit of a nuisance, but we were able to handle it with the help of the hotel staff.

The staff went above and beyond, even providing airport transfers. Communication was a bit challenging due to language barriers. The riad is stunning and an oasis in the city. The food options catered to dietary restrictions. The location is convenient for exploring the medina and souks.

The location is in a very unsafe area, but once you step inside this place, you feel completely safe and secure. The service is impeccable, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. The staff is marvellous and so helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning providing enhanced comfort. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant serving delicious meals and the option for in-room breakfast. The staff even provided a welcome drink upon my arrival, which was a nice touch.

I was a bit concerned about walking back late to the Riad, but the location turned out to be safe and secure. The room on the main floor was convenient and close to the pool and kitchen. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful terrace and a cozy courtyard. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of bread, jams, honey, tea/coffee. The staff, especially Hassan, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even arranged airport transfers and a tour guide to explore the city.
