Excellent service, staff went above and beyond, gorgeous oasis, helpful staff, picturesque and well-kept Riad, fair prices.

Everything was fantastic.

We recently went on a romantic escape and we had a great experience. The breakfast was amazing, we loved the freshly squeezed orange juice and the different options every day. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and they made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. the location of the hotel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to all the key attractions. We also enjoyed having a hot tub to relax in after a long day of exploring the area.

We did have a few small issues during our stay. some of the locals in the area were overly pushy and tried to take advantage of us when we were trying to find our way around the city.

The staff went above and beyond, even providing airport transfers. Communication was a bit challenging due to language barriers. The riad is stunning and an oasis in the city. The food options catered to dietary restrictions. The location is convenient for exploring the medina and souks.

I recently stayed at this luxurious hotel and I must say, it exceeded my expectations in every way. The location is in a very unsafe area, but once you step inside this place, you feel completely safe and secure. The service is impeccable, with room service, car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping all available. The staff is marvellous and so helpful, ensuring that all my needs were met during my stay. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning providing enhanced comfort. I especially loved the terrace, where I could relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The dining options were fantastic, with a restaurant serving delicious meals and the option for in-room breakfast. The staff even provided a welcome drink upon my arrival, which was a nice touch.

I was a bit concerned about walking back late to the Riad, but the location turned out to be safe and secure. The room on the main floor was convenient and close to the pool and kitchen. I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay.

The hotel had excellent facilities, including a beautiful terrace and a cozy courtyard. The breakfast provided was delicious, with a variety of bread, jams, honey, tea/coffee. The staff, especially Hassan, was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. They even arranged airport transfers and a tour guide to explore the city.
