Great location, very clean rooms, superb terrace, and delicious food. We stayed at a Riad near the medina for over a decade but finally found Riad Omar. The busy pedestrian street location is perfect, avoiding the hassle of crossing roads. The courtyard is atmospheric and the rooms are comfortable with functional plumbing. The staff at reception truly cares about their guests. It's the ideal place for a group wanting to enjoy a fantastic meal on the terrace.

The hotel offered a great breakfast with lots of options and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for exploring the city on foot, with many local shops and restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the pool area and the traditional decor of the rooms.

The beds were not very comfortable and the air conditioning in our room was not very effective, making it difficult to sleep comfortably during the hot summer nights. Additionally, the hotel did not offer any transportation services, so we had to arrange our own transportation to and from the airport.
