The welcome at Riad Palais Sebban was absolutely amazing. We arrived early and were greeted with a refreshing mint tea while we waited. The Riad itself is stunning, with beautiful Moroccan touches throughout. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable. The location is perfect, being close to the souks and easy to find. Our room and bathroom were spacious and comfortable. The dinner at the hotel was delicious and reasonably priced, with the added bonus of local music entertainment. The staff even helped us organize a trip to the Sahara, which was a great experience. our stay at Riad Palais Sebban was delightful and I would highly recommend it to others.

Located near local markets, this tranquil oasis with helpful staff provides an amazing escape from the city chaos. Stunning interior with plenty of hidden spaces to explore, including a beautiful terrace. Delicious food and drink options available in the serene courtyard. Rooms are comfortable and perfect for a relaxing retreat. The city's major attractions are within walking distance.

We loved the traditional and well-maintained Riad, which felt like a small museum/palace. The maze-like layout with secret beautiful spots added to its charm. The stunning main pool next to the dining area and the cozy rooftop pool were perfect for relaxing. The buffet breakfast offered a delicious and varied selection. The staff was professional and helpful, assisting with luggage and other requests. The hotel's location was conveniently close to the main square and the bustling souks, making it easy to explore the city.

The staff are friendly and efficient, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The breakfast is tasty, with a good variety of options to choose from. The hotel also has a beautiful courtyard and a refreshing pool.

It can be a bit noisy in the evenings due to the presence of tour groups.

The architecture of this riad is absolutely stunning, reminiscent of a UNESCO palace. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality of the staff, especially Dominique, was exceptional. We were treated to breathtaking views from the rooftop and enjoyed delicious food during our stay. The location is perfect, within walking distance of the main square and nestled in the heart of the Medina. We will definitely be returning to this amazing riad!

During our stay, there was a power failure due to rain, but the hotel had no control over this.

This hotel is truly amazing. It feels like I stepped into a fairy tale with its Arabian Nights inspired decor. It's located in an area that not only showcases a rich history but also offers plenty of opportunities for exploration. The staff here go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met. From room service to tours, everything is taken care of. The amenities in my room were also top notch with free Wi-Fi, a comfortable sitting area, and even a mini-bar. I especially loved the spa and wellness center where I found total relaxation in the jacuzzi and steam room.

If you're looking for a place to stay, I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located close to many sights and the big square where most of the souks are. It is right off the inner city walls and away from most places which makes it ideal for a quiet stay. The rooms are spacious with comfortable beds and nice soft dressing gowns. Staff are excellent and the breakfast was fresh and tasty with strong coffee and fresh orange juice.

The hygiene at the hotel is sometimes poor, as mentioned by some guests.

riad is a hidden gem, beautiful and well-managed, with great lounging areas and a lovely rooftop terrace. Breakfast is delicious and rooms are lavish with all amenities. Strong wifi throughout. Highly recommended!

We stayed at the Palais Sebban for 3 nights and were blown away by the stunning authentic architecture and beautiful interiors. Our room was a delightful surprise - spacious, luxurious, and with a private roof terrace offering incredible views. The staff were friendly and attentive, the breakfast delicious, and the hammam and massage were a must-try. The location was perfect, just minutes away from the main square. We can't recommend this hotel highly enough.

The complementary Christmas treats were nice and the staff was very friendly. the location was unbeatable as it was in the heart of the action and easy to get around. the rooftop bar had a good atmosphere and we enjoyed having drinks there.

The room was really small and not very clean. the bathroom was tiny and smelled bad.
