Convenient location near attractions and restaurants. Friendly and helpful staff, allowed us to store our suitcase and freshen up in our room before leaving. Pre-arranged reasonably priced taxi to the airport. GREAT overall experience, highly recommended!

The hotel's traditional decor and friendly staff impressed me. The breakfast on the beautiful rooftop garden was exceptional, and the onsite spa services were a nice touch. I appreciated the helpful front desk and their assistance with laundry and transportation. The location was perfect for exploring the city.

We stayed in a riad that was quite close to the square but not noisy, which was good for us as a family with children. The room was spacious with a comfortable bed, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. The breakfast buffet had a variety of options, including made-to-order eggs. We also enjoyed the beautiful terrace with its stunning views of the city and mountains.

The hotel did not have a swimming pool, which was a bit disappointing for the children.

We were initially concerned about the air conditioning not working properly, but the hotel promptly moved us to a different suite and offered us a free dinner to make up for the inconvenience. The beds and bathrobes were luxurious, and the terrace provided a calm and peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast had a good selection, and the staff was very nice and attentive. Despite some minor issues, overall I would recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Entering this luxury hotel feels like stepping into a royal palace with impeccable design. The exclusive amenities fulfilled my need for a relaxing stay, like the Spa & wellness centre, featuring a Turkish bath, body scrub, and massage. The sun terrace offered breathtaking views and the restaurant served special diet menus, in-room breakfast and packed lunches. The room advantages were outstanding, with private facilities, a leisure/TV room, and make-up services second to none.

The hotel had beautiful rooms and a great location. The breakfast was good and there was a helpful and friendly staff. They even accommodated our late checkout without additional charges.

The hotel has a luxurious decor, amazing rooftop terrace with beautiful views, top-notch service, delicious food, and even a private chef for gourmet tastings before departure. So fancy!

Oh, and let's not forget the lack of a pool! Who needs a refreshing swim in Marrakesh, right?
