The hotel's location in the center of the city makes it convenient to explore and find great restaurants nearby. There is also an outside lounge area where you can relax and enjoy the surroundings. The next day express service for laundry ensures that you receive your items promptly.

Had a really enjoyable weekend away with friends. Great access to the beach which was perfect for a morning walk, and the beds were really comfortable which made for a good night’s rest. The concierge was really helpful and made our stay much easier by offering us some great information about the area.

Minor cleanliness issue with the cutlery which could have been cleaner, and had to wait for spa facilities to open at times. Check-in was fairly poor as there were not enough staff available to handle the guests, and it took longer than expected.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, from the rooms to the pools and even the beach. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a big swimming pool and activities for kids. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and within walking distance to the marina. We enjoyed sitting in the outside lounge area for the VIP breakfast, with a beautiful view. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the concierges Hassan and Fatima Zahra, who made us feel welcome and went above and beyond to assist us.

My recent stay at a 5-star venue was a luxurious experience, with exclusive amenities such as a Spa & wellness centre and private facilities. The spacious room decor and garden area provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The entertainment was enjoyable, and the restaurant served a delicious buffet breakfast. The indoor swimming pool, outdoor swimming pool, and beach access were impressive.

I did experience one minor issue with the service. Although the staff members were generally polite and helpful, at times there were delays or unprofessionalism when it came to issuing bills or refunds.
