We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, the hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The staff, particularly Mehdi, Zacckaria, Abdalah, and Jawad, were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy communication via whatsapp and close proximity to the port. this hotel exceeded our expectations in every way.

We had an amazing stay at this hidden gem in the historic area. The location was perfect, close to everything and with plenty to see around. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, they went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The breakfast spread was delicious and we enjoyed it on the rooftop, which offered a stunning view. The personalized touches, such as folded clothes and makeup arrangement, made us feel pampered.

The only minor downside was that the linen could be improved.

Spent new year's at this place and it was amazing. They have the best hospitality ever, and the breakfast was delicious. the view from the rooftop was breathtaking and the location was perfect, close to all the main attractions. the rooms are uniquely decorated and made our stay comfortable and cozy.

The communication with the staff beforehand was not smooth, it took them a little too long to respond to our messages. the heating system was a bit of a challenge, we had to adjust it several times to get the right temperature.

Its exclusive amenities, including the spa and wellness centre, sauna, and Turkish bath, fulfilled my relaxation needs.

The only minor issue was the lack of live entertainment or leisure/TV room, but this was not a major setback since the surrounding area offered plenty of entertainment options. this hotel proved to be an exceptional venue, expertly designed with customers' comfort in mind.

From the moment I checked in, I felt like a valued guest, with the staff going out of their way to ensure my stay was truly memorable. The themed design of the hotel, inspired by Deco Art, added a unique touch, making my stay even more special. The location of the hotel, at the border of the Kasbah and the Medina, was ideal, offering convenient access to all the attractions in the area. The customized program they offered truly maximized the value of every minute of my stay, ensuring that I made the most of my time in Tangier.

In terms of areas for improvement, I would suggest updating the linen to further enhance the overall experience.

The staff were fantastic, welcoming and attentive. Beautifully designed rooms with a peaceful atmosphere. Central location near the Kasbah and Medina. Exceptional food and creative atmosphere. Engaging staff who went above and beyond.
