There was nothing I didn't like.

I indulged in the free continental breakfast and felt like a queen. The airport shuttle service was a delightful way to arrive, and the terrace provided a picturesque spot to enjoy my coffee.

I was devastated by the lack of a carbon monoxide detector in my room. How am I supposed to sleep soundly without that level of safety?

the rooms, each with their own unique Berber name, were carefully designed with natural materials and had excellent facilities. As a family, we stayed in the largest family room which had extra beds for our kids and even their own TV. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of continental and Moroccan cuisine. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay perfect, from arranging luggage transportation to fulfilling any requests. a perfect experience.

The breakfast served on the stunning rooftop terrace was a delightful start to each day. Despite the lack of air conditioning, the fan provided helped keep us comfortable at night. our stay at Suite Azur was absolutely perfect and we highly recommend it to others.

The hotel was a great surprise! The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the staff went above and beyond to make our experience better. The view from the terrace was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed the swimming pool, which was perfect for cooling off during the day and never crowded.

That the pool was a bit small. However, with the amazing city surrounding us, it was really a waste to spend too much time in it anyways!

As a traveler looking for a peaceful retreat, my two-night stay at Suite Azur was absolutely wonderful. The hotel staff warmly welcomed me with mint tea and biscuits, and their recommendations for local attractions were spot on. The breakfast spread each morning was a delightful Moroccan feast, and I loved that they changed it up each day. The hotel's decor was beautiful and had a touch of luxury, while the rooftop views of the Medina were simply breathtaking. The rooms were spacious and well-designed, with their own private terraces. The staff were always available, providing excellent service without being intrusive. The hot showers, soft towels, and comfortable bed made for a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

Suite Azur is a hidden gem in bustling Essaouira. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was exceptional. the hospitality was one of the best I've experienced in all my travels. Not only were Farah, Mohamed, and Fatiha incredibly helpful, but the entire team made me feel welcome. the riad itself is a beautiful oasis, well-maintained and tastefully decorated. the rooms were clean and comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. the highlight for me was the delicious and generous breakfast that was served.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the center of the Medina, making it easily accessible for exploring the city. The rooms are beautifully decorated with intricate furnishings, creating a visually pleasing atmosphere for guests. The breakfast provided is incredible, offering a wide selection of fruits, yogurts, breads, cheeses. The rooftop terrace provides a special setting for enjoying breakfast and relaxing in the sun. The hotel also offers additional facilities such as a spa nearby, where guests can indulge in a relaxing afternoon.

There were some minor issues with cleanliness in the hotel, specifically, there were a few spiders found under the sink. Although this is a common issue in many places in Morocco, it would be best for the hotel to address this during their cleaning routine to ensure a completely satisfactory experience for guests.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the central location was perfect, offering a quiet and secure environment. the hotel staff were attentive and friendly, making sure all guests felt welcome. the rooms were beautifully furnished and always kept clean to a high standard. the breakfast was superb, and the hotel's attention to detail in decor and artwork added to the overall experience. the small pool, although not a major issue for me, would provide a refreshing dip on hot days.

During our Christmas stay, we were offered free cookies and hot tea upon arrival which was a nice gesture. the breakfast spread was tasty and had a variety of options to choose from.

Our stay at the hotel was rather disappointing. the room we were given was not suited for three people and the extra bed provided was too small and uncomfortable.

suite azur in essaouira was a fantastic stay, even better than my previous visit. the hotel's stunning decor, kind staff, and amazing breakfast made it a truly unforgettable experience. highly recommend for anyone visiting essaouira!

The hotel offers an excellent dinner if required, allowing guests to enjoy delicious meals without having to go far. There is a sunbathing area on the roof terrace with a plunge pool, providing a refreshing escape from the heat. Ideal for nature lovers seeking a tranquil oasis during their visit to Morocco.

Felt so at home, nothing to complain about.

From the moment we arrived, this hotel exceeded our expectations. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was luxurious and relaxing. the spacious rooms were beautifully decorated with exclusive amenities, providing a comfortable and tranquil atmosphere. We indulged in the Spa & wellness centre, where we were treated to a full body massage and beauty treatment that left us feeling rejuvenated. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace were perfect spots to soak up the sun and enjoy a refreshing drink from the snack bar.

The only minor issue we had was with the live entertainment, which we found to be a bit loud and disruptive in the leisure/TV room. Despite this, it did not detract from the overall exceptional experience at the hotel.
