The hotel offered large and comfortable rooms, with spacious bathrooms. The staff was extremely helpful and professional, providing quick laundry service. The breakfast had a good variety of fresh juice fruits and the restaurant had delicious food. The gym was well-equipped and open 24 hours, perfect for a workout anytime.

Neg- However, there were some issues with the fitness center where one machine was not set up properly and another one didn't work. It would be beneficial for the hotel to give more attention to this service as it is a major draw for clients.

During our Christmas stay, we enjoyed the comfortable and clean rooms with the lovely pool area. the staff was always courteous and helped us whenever needed. the internet was also reliable, which was important as we needed to stay connected during our vacation. the key location of the hotel made it easy for us to get around and explore the city.

The restaurant left us unimpressed with the expensive and limited food options. the breakfast selection was mainly carbohydrate-based, which didn't suit our dietary preferences.

We had an excellent experience at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities offered in the Spa & Wellness centre were exceptional. the infinity pool overlooking the beautiful sun terrace and sun loungers was breathtaking.

Though impeccable, the poolside snack bar provided packed lunches that took longer than expected to be served.
