I traveled to Maputo for business and stayed at Hotel Avenida for a few nights. The hotel's location was perfect for my appointments as it was close to the meeting destinations. The staff at the hotel were friendly and well-trained, and they all spoke good English. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a nice bathroom equipped with everything I needed. The hotel also had excellent conference facilities. One of the highlights of my stay was the delicious and diverse breakfast provided, as well as the reasonable lunch options. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to Mundos sports bar and LeBuena cafe, which serves the best coffees in town, was a plus.

I had a wonderful experience during my Christmas stay at a hotel in Maputo. the hotel offered delicious food, which was a great highlight of my stay. Secondly, the staff were extremely helpful and made me feel at home. Additionally, the hotel's central location was a major advantage as it allowed easy access to key attractions in the city.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my overall experience. I encountered a rude and unkind receptionist who lacked proper customer service skills.

It was so convenient to have everything I needed right at my doorstep. Also, the gym facilities were top-notch, with knowledgeable trainers who were always willing to help.

The Wi-Fi at the hotel was a bit inconsistent, especially when the hotel was busy. It would have been nice to have a stronger and more reliable connection.

The breakfast had a wide selection of fruits, cereals, yogurts, and different dishes available to order. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was close to numerous restaurants, bars, and other eateries. We also discovered a hidden concrete cave nearby with AC devices, which was a pleasant surprise.

I had a lovely stay at Avenida in Maputo. The location was perfect, close to the art market, banks, and great restaurants. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, and the breakfast was delicious. The staff at the front desk were helpful and accommodating, allowing us to leave our luggage while we went on safari. I would definitely recommend Avenida for a comfortable and convenient stay in Maputo.
