The brand new boutique hotel with amazing staff, delicious food, and excellent facilities. WiFi and smart TV worked perfectly, and the lounge areas were comfortable. The hotel's location was central and convenient for shopping and restaurants. The baked treats were delicious.

Enjoyed my Christmas stay at the hotel. the staff was welcoming and friendly. Rooms were affordable and comfortable. Great location, making it easy to explore the city and try out different restaurants. the breakfast served was satisfying. They even had bottled water available when the city water supply was interrupted. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable stay.

The bathroom had some unpleasant odors, and some noisy guests in the corridor were quite disturbing. Though, I appreciate the team for swiftly trying to resolve the issue.
