The value for money at this hotel was excellent. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the sea from the balcony. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information. The location was convenient, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and the art market. The gym facilities and pool area were also top-notch. Breakfast had a diverse selection of healthy and indulgent choices.

The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to add more vegetarian options to the menu.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the beautiful and spacious surroundings. the staff were pleasant and accommodating, making sure that my needs were met. the buffet lunch was copious and well-presented, with a great selection of local dishes. I also enjoyed the well-maintained gardens and pool area. the hotel's key location, with markets in short walking distance, made it convenient for exploring the area. the hotel offered a wonderful atmosphere and excellent service.

One downside of my stay was the noise factor on Friday and Saturday evenings. It was quite disturbing and affected my ability to have a peaceful rest.

I had a fantastic stay at a grand old dame in this city. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a stunning pool and a lovely dining area. The staff, from the check-in staff to the wait staff in the bar, were excellent. The room was comfortable, with a very comfy bed and efficient air conditioning. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding, and the communal swimming pool was well taken care of. The location, right on the ocean and close to shopping centers and bars, was perfect. the experience was top-notch.

I was impressed by the efficiency of the check-in service at Polana Serena. The staff welcomed me warmly and even took the time to chat with me. The room and the garden were both spacious and impressive, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. I also enjoyed a delightful dinner at Delagoa Restaurant, where the French cuisine exceeded my expectations. my experience at Polana Serena was excellent, apart from a minor incident.

Although everything was going well, there was a moment just before dinner when I was approached by a staff member who sternly asked if I had permission to take photos in the hotel. It was surprising to learn that permission was required for such a simple act.

Had a wonderful stay at Polana! The wine tasting night was a highlight - great service and a fantastic selection. The rooms were immaculate and the breakfast buffet was fabulous. I highly recommend this high-end hotel. I'll definitely recommend Polana for a luxurious experience.

From the lovely interior design to the superb bathrooms, the hotel is very comfortable. the bedrooms offer a view of the ocean and are also very comfortable. the location is excellent, with bars and restaurants within walking distance. the breakfast is fantastic.

This hotel is in a great location, close to shopping centers and with beautiful views of the sea. The signature restaurant, Delagoa, offers delicious French cuisine and has a charming colonial atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the beds and pillows are comfortable. There is also an antique elevator and a friendly doorman named Luis, who has been with the hotel for 40 years.

There were some issues with the staff not providing the requested room types and with inconsistent billing for drinks.

Renovated historical building with stunning architecture and a charming lift. Pleasant and helpful staff. Excellent service, especially when my bags were lost by the airline; they went above and beyond to assist me. Safe, secure, and relaxing atmosphere throughout my stay.
