We had an exceptional experience at the resort. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The beach was pristine and well-maintained, thanks to the dedicated efforts of the staff who cleaned it twice a day. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The housekeeping staff took great care of our room, and the gardens were beautifully tended. The location was perfect for a peaceful and relaxing beach break. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and amenities.

Great beach and sea views. Breakfast buffet had a great selection. the staff were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with our requests.

The rooms were quite old and outdated. the air conditioning was very noisy and didn't work very well.

The resort is conveniently located right in front of the ocean, offering stunning views and easy access to the beach. Guests can enjoy the best beach in Ngapali, with clean sand and clear water. Additionally, the resort provides free beach service for guests' convenience. They also offer a delicious breakfast with a large variety of choices. Finally, the rooms have beautiful views of the ocean, allowing guests to wake up to the sound of the waves.

There is no entertainment provided at night, which can be a bit disappointing.

Friendly staff, clean rooms, excellent facilities. Surprisingly better in person than in pictures. Amazing view from rooms. Lovely evening snacks provided. Will definitely return next year.

This hotel truly provides a luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities fulfilled our every desire, from the private facilities in the room to the attentive service at breakfast. the swimming pool is a great spot to relax, surrounded by beautiful gardens. the location is also ideal, as it's close to the beach yet secluded enough for a peaceful retreat.

The only minor issue we experienced was with the room door. It was a bit tricky to open and close, but the staff was quick to assist us and offered to switch our room if needed.
