The hotel is well situated near the river with great sunset views and a lovely rooftop sky bar. The staff is exceptional and the rooms are comfortable and well-fitted. The complimentary cocktails and marionette show are worth experiencing. There are also nearby markets and interesting walks along the river.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was convenient, just off the bridge outside of Charleston, and we were able to easily take a water taxi or use the resort transportation to explore the city. The view from our room was amazing, with a great view of downtown and the bay. The staff was outstanding and made us feel right at home. They were especially helpful, and we want to give a special shoutout to Mac. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and we enjoyed relaxing by the pool and listening to music at the tiki bar. it was a memorable and enjoyable experience.

We had an amazing stay at a hotel overlooking the river. The rooms were comfortable and the top floor sky bar was excellent. The staff, especially Venus on reception, went out of their way to help us with our appointments and itinerary. The location was good and taxi services were readily available. The buffet breakfast was also good. Despite a few minor drawbacks, overall I highly recommend this hotel for its great location and excellent service.

This place is in a great location, right by the river, which gives you a chance to see the real local life. The service provided by the staff here is top-notch, and they are always willing to help. The room amenities are excellent, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area. The free toiletries and electric kettle are a nice touch too.
