I had a fantastic stay at a riverside hotel in Bagan. The location was superb, right on the banks of the Irrawady river and away from the main temples. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities were well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service, always friendly and accommodating. The breakfast they served was delicious, and the view from the garden overlooking the river was breathtaking.

The food at the restaurant was disappointing and lacked flavor. There were major building works going on, making the pool area unusable and creating noise disturbance.

The hotel has a great location by the river, offering a beautiful sunset view. The gardens are well-maintained and the swimming pool is nice. Depending on your room, you can even see the balloons flying over Bagan at sunrise. The staff is friendly, although language can be a limitation.

This hotel had spacious rooms with very comfortable beds, and the staff were friendly and helpful. the location was very central, with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. We really enjoyed renting e-bikes right outside the hotel, which allowed us to explore the area at our own pace.

while breakfast was available, it was very underwhelming and did not offer many Western options. Finally, we felt that the rooms were not as clean as they could have been, and some aspects of the hotel felt a bit shabby.
