Just got back from an amazing weekend in Bagan and had the best experience! the staff was super friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to assist us. the rooms were cozy with comfy beds and great air conditioning, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. And the location was spot on, tucked away on a quiet street but still just a short walk to the main area. We loved the delicious breakfast on the rooftop surrounded by beautiful greenery. the owner even spoke Spanish, which was a pleasant surprise. a fantastic stay!

While our experience was mostly positive, there were a couple of minor issues. the lack of a shower curtain was a bit inconvenient, but not a big deal.

the staff at the hotel, Bagan Empress, were always there to assist and made my stay enjoyable. the room was spacious and clean, allowing for a comfortable night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the traditional breakfast served on the rooftop, which had a stunning view. the location of the hotel was convenient, with many good restaurants within a short walking distance. It was the perfect base for exploring the various sites in the area.
