We decided to explore Mawlamyine and found a charming hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, as it was in the very center and close to the riverside. We even took a small traditional river boat from Hpa-an to reach the hotel, which was a unique experience. The room we stayed in was clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff were incredibly helpful and polite, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast provided was delightful, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel had a cozy atmosphere and interesting art pieces displayed throughout.

Communication with the staff was a bit challenging due to the limited English spoken by the staff.

Friendly staff, great location for exploring town, comfy rooms. Curtained bunk beds in the dorm provide privacy, and large lockers are conveniently located. Good hot water supply once you figure it out. Excellent free breakfast with plenty of options. English-speaking staff are helpful and can arrange tours. Cold beer available in the room refrigerator at affordable prices.

We were amazed by the unique and captivating decor throughout the hotel. Each corner was filled with dark, yet intriguing elements that added a touch of elegance. The marionettes, murals, and golden decorations created a cozy and intimate atmosphere that we truly enjoyed. Our spacious room was well-equipped and even had complimentary tangerines, biscuits, tea, and coffee. The breakfast and dinner in the beautiful plant-filled garden were a delightful experience.

Despite a minor inconvenience of the curtains in the dorm rooms, which didn't create the best atmosphere, we found the overall ambience of the hotel to be charming. While there was no specific communal area to mingle with other guests, the comfortable beds with curtains and power points, as well as the good WiFi, made our stay enjoyable.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Mawlamyine. the value for money was excellent, especially in the single room. Secondly, the attention to detail was remarkable, with small balconies and toiletries provided. Lastly, the location was ideal, right in the center with a beautiful garden view. It truly felt like staying in a cultural museum.

All was perfect at this hotel.

The hotel offered comfortable beds and clean facilities. The location was convenient as it was situated close to key tourist attractions. The warm showers were also a plus and allowed for a relaxing experience.

The service left much to be desired. The staff lacked communication skills and failed to provide proper assistance.
