We had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The room was spacious and well-designed, with super comfy beds that provided us with a great night's sleep. The breakfast spread was exceptional, and we also enjoyed the awesome pool area. The staff here were attentive to our needs and were quick to respond to our emails. Some of the staff members spoke good English, especially those in the restaurant. The drivers provided by the hotel, especially Ye Oo, were extremely nice and the cars were in excellent condition.

Excellent service from every member of the staff at Heritage. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel like a valued guest. The front desk staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and memorable. They were attentive and genuinely nice, making me feel right at home. Located conveniently close to Bagan's historical sites and just a short drive from the airport, this brand new hotel offers comfortable rooms and spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. The breakfast served is delicious, and guests can also enjoy the convenience of hiring e-bikes to explore the area.

The fitness room may not be suitable for those looking for a larger space for their workouts.

The hotel was very close to the airport and had a free pickup service, which was really convenient. the staff were friendly and tried their best to be helpful. the architecture of the hotel was beautiful, with different buildings representing different eras in history. the gardens and green areas were well-kept and added to the overall aesthetic of the place.

The hotel was quite far from the city center and archaeological sites, so it wasn't really within walking distance. This was a bit of a hassle as there were no facilities nearby, like restaurants or shops.
