The hotel's fantastic location near restaurants in the town, right in the center of town, and close to the boats for easy access to attractions. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities was impeccable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast provided was top-notch.

The hotel also provides facilities such as PC's and a printer for guests to use, making it easier for travelers to complete any necessary tasks or printing needs during their stay.

The hotel's bathroom experienced a bad smell coming from the sink. Although the hotel attempted to address the issue by installing an automated spray, this only masked the smell with an artificial scent, which may not be ideal for those sensitive to strong fragrances.

I was extremely happy with my choice of hotel in Nyaung Shwe. The location was ideal, being near the river and in close proximity to some of the best restaurants in town. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I particularly loved the little terrace in my room, where I could relax and enjoy a cup of tea in the evening. Additionally, the breakfast provided was quite good, offering a variety of options to start the day off right.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was more than satisfactory.
