I stayed at a new hotel in the center of the city for work. The rooms were well-appointed and modern with great new touchpad switches. The rooftop restaurant had fantastic river views while the breakfast buffet offered a decent selection of Western and Asian options. The hotel was in a bustling area close to Chinatown and the river, which was perfect for grabbing a bite to eat or exploring the local area.

The hotel had a major issue with drainage. The bathroom flooded due to clogged drains and the staff didn't seem in a rush to fix the issue.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices for a stay in Myanmar. The attention to detail is impressive, as the staff checks the rooms carefully to ensure everything is in place. The location is fantastic, right in the center of the city, making it convenient to explore nearby attractions. The service provided by the staff is exceptional, going above and beyond to assist guests. Additionally, the rooms with twin beds are comfortable and well-maintained. The continental breakfast offers a variety of Asian and Western food options, providing a satisfying start to the day.

Hotel Balmi is conveniently located in downtown, close to everything. It is right near the river, offering a beautiful view. The rooms are clean and comfortable with huge beds and beautiful bathrooms. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is great with a varied selection and the option to have eggs made to order. The rooftop terrace is a lovely spot to relax.

One aspect that could be improved is the soundproofing between rooms.
