The breakfast was amazing - delicious Indian potato curry with Indian bread. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly, from the front office to housekeeping, waiters, and security. The hotel was spotless and close to the best Thai restaurant. The operational manager was very helpful with my late checkout request.

Can honestly say, nothing not to like.

The rooms are spacious and well-appointed, offering a comfortable stay. Additionally, the friendly staff provides excellent service, ensuring your needs are met.

The bathroom design lacks a separate shower area, resulting in the entire floor becoming wet after each use.

The service at H Valley was exceptional! The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs, including providing a baby cot and packing breakfast for our early flight. The room was spotless and had everything we needed. We also appreciated the manager's prompt response when we discovered a bed bug and how they handled the situation professionally. The location was convenient for visiting the nearby Shwedagon Pagoda. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room's air conditioner was a bit small for the room size, requiring us to leave it on all day and night to maintain a comfortable temperature. Additionally, the shower design was unusual, causing the entire bathroom to get saturated.

Got to check-in at an early time, which was great. It was in a quiet spot, so I had a fantastic nap. Plus, the bed was very comfortable, and I slept like a log. nearby there was a beautiful Pagoda, which made my stay even better.

There was no way to change the temperature of the room. the air-conditioning system was relatively small, so it didn't keep the room as cool as I wanted.
