Loved the spacious and clean rooms. the pool and gardens were absolutely beautiful and well maintained. Plus, the hotel's location near the hill and palace was a major advantage. Definitely the perfect spot for exploring the area.

The hotel could use some updating, especially the bathrooms. They felt a bit old-fashioned compared to other resorts I've stayed in.

The Mercure Mandalay Hill Resort offers a fantastic selection of fruits for vegetarians and vegans. The spa is also great and reasonably priced with a 50% discount on everything. Additionally, the staff are incredibly charming and helpful, making for a pleasant stay. The location is convenient, within walking distance of pagodas, the Palace, and Mandalay Hill. The pool area is lovely and peaceful, and the rooms at the back of the hotel offer great views of Mandalay Hill.

We had a really enjoyable stay at the Mercure. The lobby was welcoming and the grounds were beautiful. We loved the special spa setting with the treatment rooms surrounded by stepping stones in the water. The happy hour at the Kipling Bar was a great way to sample their delicious cocktails. The food in the hotel was of high quality and reasonably priced. we would definitely recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I truly wouldn't stay anywhere else in Mandalay. I highly recommend this hotel.
